If you are not aware of The MisAdventures of An Awkward Black Girl web series on you tube, you better recognize. I am paying it forward y'all. Please check out Issa's series. She recently won the an award for best web series and the racists came out of the wood work to trash her. They could not fathom how this Black woman beat out their web series.
I would also like to introduce to you two other great web series The Number and The Couple. These shows are produced by Dennis Dortch. If you would like to know more about him, simply you tube him. The Number currently has 8 episodes available. Jason is has proposed to Melissa and his sister hates her.
You can meet The Couple in an episode named Ex and Texts. The Couple is like being a fly on the wall, watching how people live their everyday lives. We don't even know their names, but we can relate to them. They are us. Regular, decent Black folks being themselves.
