The author for the year for fiction readers is Leslie A. Banks. The book selections are her 12 books in her popular Vampire Huntress Series. Please visit the Vampire Huntress thread. The first two books in the series are The Minion and The Awakening. These books must be read in order. I would advise L.A. Banks readers to also try to acquire Tony Browder's Nile Valley Civilization. It's very readable. You will me some of the mythical and historical characters in this series.
Non fiction readers I would suggest you start off with Africa and the World by D.E.B. Dubois and the Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson. You can find my non fiction works in a separate section.
